I could not cancel trail because I can not access the billing. They charged me. I can not access rig and billing. Billing support does not respond over 3 days. Paying for nothing. Love it.

I haven’t checked for a few days but decided to last night and the payment plan screen keeps popping up. I checked my bank statement and I was charged for the service. I saw someone just mentioned they got to their desktop so I’ll check again when I get a chance.

Still getting the payment screen when I try to log in. Was a great service, however being billed and not being able to use it has me somewhat peeved. I'll keep checking back, and hopefully they will have ironed some of these issues out. Customer service is quite lacking, but often I think that's a casualty of being a new business. When I was able to access it I really didn't have any issues with lag or connectivity, and even at their highest price plan it's still a bargain for unlimited usage.

I can access Cloud Rig, but I can't play because the server is Central EU, and after my Cloud Rig is loaded, it crushes with "Network issue has been detected". Meanwhile West EU servers are fine, stable.
This issue with Central EU has started 2 weeks before this announcement, it has been mentioned on forums, send emails about it and u know what? Nothing was fixed. The server region is still Central EU for me because it's closer for me than anything else, but yeah, playing on a broken server is fine and cool, I guess.
At this point, I've lost my patience.

Since nobody at Snoost is answering one of these questions and is not responding in any way to paying subscribers.. If you cant game because Snoost is down you guys should all just check out Parsec. It's also a cloud gaming company and its better then Snoost. Thank me later.

Dunno. Almost 2 months have passed. Can't wait for the new version and play games I love once again since summer is around the corner and I am gonna have a lot of free time for playing.
