When you connect to the cloud rig, please go to settings at the top left and achievements. Please look to see if you find "claim reward" under the Refer a Friend option.
If you do not see this please link the friend's username in an email to billing.

Curivity, I reviewed my first game and got a test period, but I can't use it. I wait the 5 minutes queue, and then it displays the billing window. At this moment I have no credit card available, am I obligated to add billing info?

Hi @fabiodutra - The account must have had a valid payment method to be able to start the trial. Did you already add one, or have you not yet done so?
