Hi mrosen,

Did you restart the Chrome client? This action often times forces a reset on the stuck process, and it will move on. Additionally, we are working on a large update to overhaul the startup system, so please be on the lookout for this.

Thank you for the info. I was worried if I restarted Chrome I would have to wait another 25 minutes to login again. Thanks for your advice too.

I also encountered this problem and restart Chrome client didn't help. Any suggestions? Could it be the firewall settings of my ISP?
