payed the bill even tought i didnt agree for , and still cannot connect or use my machine for few days allready

thats a big thing bother me , when i signed on the trial i expected to test and didnt go well with my slow connection so i canceled the subscription and i stil get billed ? and after that i try to add my bank card egain to least use what i payed for i cannot add nothing i get errors and now im stuck with activte trial and a running machine that i cant access it . i contacted billing support for refund for 3 days allready and no answer ... so whats the deal ?

Hi Danni. The billing department received your email yesterday and are reviewing the case. Please allow them to investigate and properly respond to your message.

@RuneDalton at least a good news , should at least send even a msg saying we got ur msg and will be right back to u . that way least i know im not waiting in vain and repost egain thanks anyway for your help much appreciated

I completely agree. But I can assure you that they are working on it, and will get back as soon as they have reviewed all the details and the responses from the bank etc. I'll see if I can rush it, and personally reply to your message as soon as we have a conclusion to it. Thank you for the patience. :)

I have contacted stripe support and told me i got Billed by you on 12 octobre while normally i sing up for beta on 9 .... And how comes my account tells me that current plan is active on 720p and contacted my bank personnel they said payment did go throw on 12 so whats going on here? Hope u try to fix that for me becoz im kinda feel enought contacting everybody to figure this problem out

Hi Danni - Please see the e-mail we sent you today. There has been no charges. It is simply an authorisation attempt (which is automatically made to verify the card), which was immediately released, thus no funds have been withdrawn from your account. Some banks may still show the authorisation up to a week after it was made.
