Already finished it, have a high replayability rate and always fun to play with friends.
It has flying vehicles, futuristic style cars, and even motorcycles, A good story to have fun with solo or coop.

While I do not have as many hours in this one as I do in 3, does not make me love this game any less. Yet another over the top, ridiculously fun game starring the 3rd Street Saints. I don't want to say anything about the story, which is really going to make this review short considering that the twists and turns start right at the beginning. Needless to say, the voice acting remains stellar, although I am a little mad that they didn't keep the Russian voice for the female. That was one of my favorites in 3, and would have loved to seen her in 4. Small disappointment aside, I loved the super powers, and the various elements you could obtain. My favorite was the exploding stomp. Sending everyone into the air to explode and create mass carnage on the ground was a lifesaver for me during some of the challenges.
The map hasn't changed since SR3. You get to explore Steelport all over again. Thankfully, you aren't subjected to the same challenges you had in 3, which kept exploring the same map not as boring the second time around. Instead of collecting blow up dolls, drug and money crates, you are collecting data clusters, voice logs, Zinyak story fragments, blowing up Zinyak statues, and the list goes on and on.
I love the changes they made in the car customization, even though there is a big possibility you won't even be using a car for 99% of the game. I have seen player style vary. Some like using only the super powers, and some prefer to do things old school SR3 way, and both are very doable. The main thing is that you take this fun game and make it fun for you.
Full price, sale price, it doesn't matter. You'll put enough hours into this game it is worth either price.
