Great game

It’s a great game with a variety of ways to play the game and a high skill ceiling. With the nine classes that you can play with and the loads of unlockable weapons you will never be bored of playing this game.

Great game

This game is very challenging and interesting to play. You can challenge your friends and best of all it's free to play. Team Fortress 2 is an online multiplayer FPS. You have many options for characters such as a medic and a few others.

TF2

A master-piece when it comes to Fun, In-game content, and the pric- Wait, THE GAME IS FREE TO PLAY?! My god, I am shocked! Well, sure. If you want really cool looking items like I've (sadly) bought myself as a Gamer, then you're gonna have to spend a bit o' money on this game. but even that's not THAT much of a problem! Now, to the actual game!

amazing for low-specs

It's awesome how even in a low-grade PC you can still play team fortress 2 whitout any problem.
Good servers and a lot of fun!

Having the options to choose classes it's even better than spected since the begining.

pretty good

to be honest i don't really get why so many people play this apart from the fact that it is free to play. I did kind of get it since using snoost because i have a terrible laptop with what else than intel hd 4000 graphics

Amazing!top notch

The marriage of highly stylised retro-spy presentation, fresh, high octane action, deep and varied classes and the underlying twinkle of humour in its metaphorical eye make Team Fortress 2 far more than just your average fragfest. Long after the novelty of the graphics wears thin, we are left with a refined and accessible multiplayer game that simultaneously cultivates new players whilst retaining enough depth to accommodate even the hardiest of veterans.

Truly a masterpiece

I love this game so much. Incredible multiplayer experience. Perfect for hours and hours and hours of fun. The different classes make it fresh every time you play and the FPS environment is actually realistic... for a animation driven game.

The godfather of fps

#An unexpected masterpiece#

If I had to describe Team Fortress in one sentence, I'd say it is a "Shooter in which the developers lost grip on what ought to be bullshit and what not". The game is a masterpiece of utter randomness and chaos, that combined with one of the most savage communities and its wonky art-style gives the outsider a hard time believing that this game is worth their while.

It is however contradictory to everything bad I just summed up, a really good addicting game. The crazy amount of weapons, maps and the nine characters (each with their own pro's and cons) makes it so it never gets boring. Even if you get bored of the meticulous amount of standard games like *capture the flag* and *king of the hill*, there's a bunch of other games at your disposal, like for instance *man vs machine* in which you fight hordes of robots to ultimately get cool weapon skins.

Let's say you, for some reason, manage to get bored. Team fortress has just what you need, community servers. Even though since the *Meat your match* -update the amount has notably decreased, there are still an absolute abundance of servers each with their own gamemode. Gamemodes you never heard of before, but are a lot of fun to try out (and of course a bunch you'd rather skip).

In short: definitely a game you should try out.

Best F2P FPS Game of All-Time

I have played it for 2-3 years and have 1,242 hrs on record.
Beast of a game, been loyal to it for years and love everything about it. The gameplay, the classes and their personalities, the story, the gamemodes and just the overall community. I mean yeah sure, there are alot of idiots out there but still, a very genuine community and enticing game.

Demoman
Heavy
Engineer (My favorite)
Medic
Sniper
Spy
This 9 classes is difficult to master.

Great f2p shooter

Fun class-based shooter with actually fair f2p economy. It has almost everything you need: diverse gameplay supporting different styles of play, easy to understand game modes, lots of character customization options, huge community. The major problem right now is a lack of new updates

its nice

Longevity is tough for competitive shooters. Hardly a month goes by without new virtual arenas cropping up and enticing you into some fresh conflict, and only a few popular games manage to sustain active player bases even a year after their initial release. And then there's Team Fortress 2. Released in 2007, this class-based classic is still going strong well into its seventh year, thanks largely to its lively and creative community. Since GameSpot's original TF2 review, the game has benefited from numerous updates and made the jump to a free-to-play business model. So how well is Team Fortress 2 faring in 2014 among the current crop of competitors for your time and money?

The short answer is, it's holding up very well. The core action pits two teams of players against each other in a battle to capture points, move a cart, or steal a briefcase. The objective is always very straightforward; it's the interplay between the nine playable classes that makes things so varied and interesting. The speedy scout, the militant heavy, the diligent engineer, the conniving medic, the pesky sniper, the sneaky spy, the feisty pyro, the explosive soldier, and the even-more-explosive demoman all have unique weapons, attributes, and abilities that complement each other and clash in myriad ways. Encounters can vary widely depending on the match type and the makeup of each team, and this unpredictability is crucial to TF2's long-standing appeal.
