Interactive Cinema

This is a new type of game that runs both without you and depends on you. If you look into this game as a common video game with puzzle challenges or need for accuracy you will not find it. This is interactive cinema in a way that you would imagine a vr movie might work. You walk through the memories of different family members as they reflect on a key moment in their life, often centered around the topic of death. Like the constant change of mechanics in a mario game you will find you never really do the same thing twice. It is a short game, about the length of a movie. Even though the story will be the same everytime you play it, this game accomplishes a sense of belonging like no other game I have play. I felt like I finished the story and not just that it was presented to me. This is a game that teaches the vitality of individual importance in a family, and includes you in that family.

Great!

Beside "Gone Home", this is a good hit! The home does look like Hello Neighbor, but its good! It takes place where the girl is on a boat, lands on the grass, and finds her old home. Nobody was home. Just her, finding hints of old memories.
