Someone is using my Snoost account without my permission
If you notice any suspicious activity or have proof that your account may have been compromised, for instance by unauthorised access, we strongly urge you to contact our customer support immediately so we can dig into the issue and prevent any further abuse of your account. Please make sure to provide sufficient identification1 to speed up the handling of the request.
We also advice you to immediately change your password and follow other security measures to limit the scope of the abuse as much as possible, until our customer support have dealt with the situation accordingly.
Provide suficient identification, but never share passwords, credit card numbers or other sensitive data. We do not need any of these to be able to identify that your account belongs to you, as your email address, full name or last 4 digits of your payment method may be enough. ↩
