Can't connect to your server or experiencing worse performance than usual? There could be a wide variety of reasons for this, with the most common ones listed below.

  • Your network is either too unstable or may be experiencing some temporary interruptions.
  • The game you are playing does not run well on the Cloud Server's Windows system (poorly optimized games, such as pre-alpha games etc., are typically not yet fully optimized and might not operate satisfactory on some systems).

You can at any time check the status of your region or whether your location is currently experiencing busy hours, network interference or for other reasons are having capacity issues or problems meeting demand, or you can try to tweak some options in order to enhance the performance.
