Sometimes your computer might be unable to see the cloud gaming server on which your game(s) have been installed. This could be due to a number of factors, and may be resolved by following one of the simple steps below.

Update Steam

The most common reason for this is an outdated version of Steam, which is easily fixed by making sure that your Steam client is updated to the latest version.

Reconnect streaming

If updating Steam didn't work, make sure that you are connected via the Snoost Desktop Client and click the "Reconnect streaming" button right to the top left of the "Ready to play" button in the center of the Snoost userinterface while being signed in. This will attempt to re-enable the streaming service on the cloud rig's Steam client, prompting your own computer to rediscover the cloud rig.
